Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! There was something wrong with my machine and they were able to not only respond in a few hours but get to the root of the problem and fix it immediately. They are really great communicating and I look forward to continuing to be their customer

Ask for Amelia - I purchased a RF machine
I decided to buy this RF machine for my gf's studio, and for some reason, I could not find my tracking number and package, so I contacted support. Amelia was very helpful and not only that, but she also kept me updated on my order and made sure I got it delivered on time. This was my first time buying at this store, the product was high quality and definitely more than I expected, and we saw the results we were seeking from our purchase. Now I'm on the talks for our next purchase with Amelia! Highly recommend!

I just want to say I never have done a review. But my experience with Amelia and the Customer Service Team at myChway deserves it!! They were always ready to help in any and every way! Amelia responds very quickly and guides you every step of the way!! I really appreciated that! Also a side note, since getting my machine in the beginning of August I lost 3 inches on my "thunder thighs"!! Feeling much more comfortable in my clothes as they don't rub together anymore! I absolutely LOVE my 5 in 1 machine!!!

Great customer support
I purchased a cavitation machine on the website. One of the cavitation head broke within two month. I contacted the customer service representative Amelia, who is very helpful. She walked me through how to test the machine and asked me to send a video to her. They replaced the cavitation head very soon.
