We bought 2 machines from myChway and one was faulty when it arrived. The customer service was very quick to respond and when problems couldn’t be resolved a replacement was sent out immediately. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Emails were very helpful For tracking of my machine. Packaging was very nicely done. Very easily to put together. I’ve only had my machine for three days, but what I’ve used so far has worked very nicely.

I tried this company for my body contour machine and they provided a great costumer service. The machine comes equipped with everything you need. The group chat on WhatsApp and Facebook page are a huge help and any questions I have they get back to me very quickly. I really appreciate the machine I got and the service that is provided. This will not be the last machine that I purchase from this company.
