This place is a joke!! I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery, after I paid for the order by credit card, I got an email a few hours later saying it could not be delivered that day. I cancelled the order due to needing it that day. This was in May , I have still not had a refund credited to my account, it’s now August! This business needs to be closed down by the proper authority because they rob people and lie each time you communicate with them!!!

Ordered flowers for my Anniversary and was told by “Paul” there would not be a problem. Thanked me profusely for my business. Now here we are when my wife should already have the flowers, I get an email saying they are sending a refund when it’s too late for me to make other arrangements. I can only pray my refund experience is better that previous ratings! Do not trust them! Saw where other reviewers said they waited extended period and still had not received their refund!

Flowers were ordered for my daughter's birthday in June. On the same day that I ordered the flowers Starluck sent me an email saying that they had to cancel the order and I was going to receive my refund. Remind you this was in June. Here we are onAugust 7th and I am still waiting on a refund. I have spoken with several people at Starluck that continues to tell me I will get it back in 3 to 10 business days. We are in August and still no refund as of August 7th. Again I spoke with someone and I'm getting the same answer 3 to 10 business days. I advise anyone not to use this crooked company and in further review I see that they are already under radar with the Better Business Bureau. What does that tell you?

If I could rate this lower than a 1 star I would. unfortunately I read these reviews on this company after I ordered flowers through them. I ordered flowers mid June for a friend's birthday. I thought I was going through a local florist. Shortly after placing the order, unbeknown to me, I was sent an email stating they could not find a local florist to deliver. I checked my email toward the end of the day when I did not hear from my friend about receiving the flowers and saw the email that they were not delivered.
I called right away and asked why they did not call me to inform me of the issue so I could call someone else yet before the end of the day to get flowers delivered, they had no response to that question.
I had not received my refund the end of June so I called them asking about refund. They said they would process it again and it would be 7 to 10 days and I would see refund.
It is now beginning of August and I still have not seen the refund. Called again and they said I would see refund in 3 days.
This place is a scam and hope that it is closed soon.

TERRIBLE. not a real shop. cancelled my order an hour after it was placed. went to review them on yelp, not even listed. Shows that they are a SCAM
Follow up - they have refunded me and replied which i greatly appreciate. I did however miss my friend's birthday bc it's not an actual flower shop that has a location. I can give them a second star (originally gave them a 1 star rating) for making sure my refund went through.

I placed an order on (6/29) with Starluck Flowers, to have it cancelled within minutes of submitting it and told that a refund would be issued immediately. On 7/5 a charge for this order hit my credit card, and it looks to be impossible to get a refund. I've emailed then twice and each time they say "We're taking care of it right away", this is a lie, as it is now (8/4) and I am no closer to getting my refund. DEFINATELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is a scam 100%.

If I could rate a 0, I would. This is a scam. They take your order, say they immediately can't fulfill the order and still took my $86. All these positive reviews need to get a closer look by trust pilot. Look at the Google reviews. This was going to my father in a Veterans Home. Thank God, I didn't wait for the refund. Big lesson learned. Always check the reviews and use a credit card. My bank is investigating the company.
