AA Car Care Reviews

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Completed the service in good time and left the area clean and tidy. Would recommend every time and will, without doubt, make use of the service in future. Many thanks to all concerned.

Thye mechanic arrived before he was due, was very quick and efficient, did the job with minimum fuss, reparked my car afterwards and put my keys through my letter box as I asked him to, as I had to go out.

The mechanic was very friendly and helpful, he was and offered some good advice. My car runs great now

Friendly and efficient first class service will use again

Everything was great. The only downside is that the service issues were only communicated to me verbally. It would be helpful to receive a written list.

I had an AA technician come out to replace my brake discs and pads, and I’m very pleased with the service. The technician did an excellent job, was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, and I am really happy with the result.

Great service from AA, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for a job well done!

Excellent service, reliable, trustworthy, highly recommended to people who want good value with no unnecessary added extras that garages think they can palm off on you.

The mechanic turned up on time and he kept me informed as to his progress.
The full major service was carried out on my driveway and was kept clean throughout.
Any problems with the car was pointed out to me during and afterwards.

Professional, polite customer friendly service. Easy to recommend.

On time, did the job right and at the right price. Kept me informed and nice friendly attitude.

Great information and updates. Kevin was so professional A great all round service offering value for money.

The mechanic visits you, the cost is reasonable, the operative was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Reliable professional and very nice person

Good service and completed to high standard

Very professional and friendly

Mechanic turned up slightly early, explaining everything he was going to do,afterwards gave me advice on things that would need doing shortly, was very friendly and courteous

AVOID AVOID AVOID. A month ago they left me stranded for over 4 hours. Then, today, I arranged for one of their mobile mechanics to come and do diagnostics on my car. Had a text the night before to confirm they would be with me, as planned and paid for before midday today. However, they didn't turn up, nor did they call to offer a explanation, instead, I chased them to be told they wont be coming and they offered me next week. When I asked to talk to a manager they were all in meetings and the ignorant rude chap then simply HUNG UP! Im DONE with everything that has the AA associated with it and will cancel my insurance, breakdown with them. They are USELESS AND DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY IN THIS ECONOMY
