You did exactly what you said you would
He called when they said he would, 15 minute's before arrival, what also really helped was that you came to my place of work.
He was friendly and helpful, on time and didn't take as long as he thought

Definately recommended
Easy to book. I chose the date. I got a time slot and a call when he was close by. A really friendly guy arrived and thoroughly checked the car, before he left he told me what checks he'd done and advised of any issues he'd found. I received a copy of the invoice and a report of what was checked. Would definitely recommend

Great service
Great service. Allison was very friendly and helpful. Advised things we could do ourselves.
Also advised the radiator did not need changing, garage charged £700 to change last week.

Poor organisation
With the first appointment they did not turn up and later in the day gave me another date. I was told in triplicate they would inform me approximate time of arrival and then 5 minutes before arriving- which they didn’t do but just arrived! Praise to the mechanic who was very helpful and thorough.

Excellent service
The guy turned up within the time frame cracked on with the works and was done in an hour. Smoove process from start to finish. I will always be using aa for my car service from now on.

Never again
I booked with AA for my service and MOT well over a month in advance. I booked the garage the AA website recommended.
On the day, no one arrived during my 3 hour time slot. When I followed this up myself, I was informed that the garage had cancelled the booking for being too far away. I was not informed.
Not only have I wasted 3 hours waiting, I now have a very limited time to find an alternative.
How hard is it to pick up the phone?
