Today at 2 pm I bought tickets, I was supposed to fly on this flight on Saturday at 7 am. I chose the flight for a long time and bought the rest of the tickets for it. I'm leaving with 5 transfers. I get a message 7 hours later!!!! after buying that there will be no tickets because they are sold out, other tickets for the same time on this service cost 40% more. Tech support does not respond, this is just a terrible attitude towards people.
UPD Thank you for your apology. I wanted to clarify that after the refusal I bought a ticket for the same time from the same company that deals with flights, only almost twice as expensive. If the company Tickets really wanted to resolve the situation, it could find alternatives. On the website of the same ticket Tickets were for the same flight, for a flight in 5 minutes. I do not recommend using this service, there were many moments, but this one showed the whole point. This is very ugly towards people, especially in such a difficult time and that some countries do not have a direct connection and the space above the country is generally closed and you need to travel from point A to point B by many means of transport, and the arrival depends on everyone, especially from the plane, and not 1 flight for 3 hours

Купила квитки на рейс Пескара Краків. На пошту прийшла маршрутна квитанція на рейс, також було вказано, що згідно з правилами Ryanair, необхідно пройти додаткову верифікацію особи. Коли я ввела код бронювання на сайті Ryanair, то мені видало, що такого бронювання немає. Я написала лист в службу підтримки. Стандартна відписка, типу ваш лист нам важливий, бла бла бла і все. Таке враження, що сервіс мене кинув.

I could not check in , as your web site said : try later. And no informstion that check in online is impossible, i need yo come to check in desk, show my 2 years permition and then they check me in.
Now i bought ticket Athen- Tirana ,
Money was taken from my bank account , you send me letter : psyment declined,
On your web says : tickets paid, no no check in button al all. My flight tommorrow morning , i send you letter 4 hours ago. No answear , I am very disapointed...

развод на додаткових функціях «гнучкі квитки»
купив опцію «гнучкі квитки». застосував для зміни дат, отримав штраф від авіакомпанії фактично в повному розмірі квитка. на питання як так - виявилось гнучкий квиток це на «комісію тікетс» і не стосується самого квитку. в підсумку довелося купувати нові. десь на 900 гривень дешевші були. стільки ж коштує сама опція тікетс «гнучкий квиток». тобто ніякого сенсу. развод короче. не купуйте нічого додаткового, ви купуєте не у авіакомпанії, а саме у тікетс і розповсюджуються податкові опції саме на послуги тікетс, а не квитки авіакомпанії

Хочемо уточнити, що ця послуга дійсно стосується умов сервісного обслуговування саме нашої агенції — вона дозволяє змінювати або скасувати замовлення без нашої додаткової комісії. Проте остаточні штрафи або доплати встановлює авіакомпанія відповідно до обраного тарифу, і, на жаль, ми не маємо можливості впливати на ці правила.
Будь ласка, надайте нам номер бронювання або електронну адресу покупця, щоб ми могли детальніше перевірити ситуацію та надати Вам повну відповідь.
Пришлось 2 раза платить за багаж
Я купил билет на сайте tickets.ua вместе с багажем, но они не передали эту информацию в авиакомпанию и мне пришлось платить за багаж ещё раз.
Билет без багажа стоил 5808 гривен, я заплатил 6740 из за того что я выбрал с багажом (50*40*25).
А теперь мне твердят с tickets.ua что я заплатил за сумку (40*30*20), но она и так бесплатная. Короче, продали мне то что мне полагается по закону бесплатно за 900+ гривен, но сделали так, чтобы я думал что переплачивая за дополнительный багаж.

Ми ще раз перевірили Ваше бронювання і хочемо підтвердити: при оформленні Ви обрали тариф без реєстрованого багажу, проте ручна поклажа з розмірами 40×30×20 см входила у вартість квитка. Окремо за цю послугу Ви не сплачували — інформація про включену ручну поклажу була вказана в маршрутній квитанції та на сторінці оформлення перед оплатою.
На жаль, авіакомпанії часто змінюють політики щодо безкоштовної ручної поклажі залежно від тарифу, і саме обрана Вами опція не входила в базовий пакет. Ми, зі свого боку, не додаємо жодних прихованих платежів, а лише відображаємо ті умови, які встановлює авіаперевізник.
Розуміємо Ваше розчарування, однак придбана Вами послуга була оформлена коректно згідно з правилами авіакомпанії.

The boarding seat on the plane and fast tracking were paid for, but the company did not add any information about this.
They should have immediately booked seats on the plane that I paid for separately and sent them to me along with the ticket.
