False promises
I bought a ticket on Tickets.ua for a Eurowings flight, but after paying with a credit card, I discovered that the 23 kg checked luggage was not included in the flight. Moreover, when I received the confirmation email from Eurowings, to my great disappointment, I found out that the small 8 kg carry-on luggage was also not included! I emailed Tickets.ua support a couple of hours ago, but I haven't received a response yet. Now I have to pay extra for both the small and large luggage.
One more thing. For some reason, they always send the ticket in Ukrainian. Come on, guys, are you serious?! Nobody speaks Ukrainian outside of Ukraine. How am I supposed to show a document in Ukrainian in other countries around the world? In case you didn’t know, English is the most widely spoken foreign language in most countries.

Купили у вас функцию регистрации, деньги снялись а нас не заблокировали, очень много раз звонили обещали зарегистрировать в итоге приехали в аэропорт и пришлось регистрироваться самим, а на конец еще и не вернули деньги

Munich-Athens-Munich.
My girlfriend and I arrived at the airport and found out that the flight was canceled, there was no plane.
There were no messages from them.
The hotel in Athens was already paid for.
I received an offer to reissue tickets for the next day - 07/20/2024. I confirmed this.
I called, wrote - to no avail.
I did not wait for new tickets until 22:15 07/19/24. I realized that there wouldn't be any at all, and was forced to cancel, because I realized that I would spend 5 days not on vacation, but waiting for tickets...
Complete disregard for customers... I demand compensation for the cost of air tickets, the cost of a hotel for 2 days - 200€, a taxi - 120€ and moral damages.
(The airline ticket order number was incorrectly (mirrored).

Taxi, private, -no bill. Taxi with bill, from home to Munich airport and back 280€ x 2.

I demand a refund for the air tickets and moral compensation for the ruined vacation.

Покупать здесь билеты нужно крайне осторожно. Из-за переноса времени вылета мы не успевали на автобус, билеты на который приобрели на tickets.ua. Запрос на возврат билетов отправили за сутки до поездки! В итоге из стоимости билета в размере 2000тыс грн. нам вернули всего лишь 665 грн!!! Будьте готовы к тому, что на вашей вынужденной отмене этот сервис хорошенько заработает.

Швидке бронювання
Швидке бронювання, зрозуміла система, не було зайвих чи не зрозумілий опцій, але при оплаті система не приймала розрахунок кредитною карткою, хоча така опція і була. Зрештою, розрахувалася тою таки кредиткою через Приват24, але коштувало це мені на 500 грн більше..

And they didn’t even cancel the ticket that I changed the date and route, it was valid until the moment of departure, so I didn’t change it, but bought a new one, and thanks to Ticket.ua I overpaid the money. And everything was fine on the plane.

Обман на кожному кроці. 2 квитки коштують 4400 грн, по закінченні замовлення - (за 2 хв) - вже 5100. Добре, сплатив. На другий день гроші повернулись. Вимушений заново купляти, вже за 5510. Цікаво, знову повернуться?
Це гидко - піднімати ціну під час покупки.
