I have found Tulo seems to be cheaper than other energy companies.
I suggest monitoring your account in case of overpaying. Some companies reduce direct debit if credit amount gets too much. Tulo didnt do that in my case, but responded quickly and positively when I emailed them.
Overall I would recommend.

Tulo are not compatible with smart…
Tulo are not compatible with smart meters.
Customer service is unresponsive. Emailed multiple times a about my smart meter issue and logged a ticket: 30174
App is good but I'll be switching back to octopus at the end of my contract since that provider works with smart meters and customer service are easier to get a hold of
