ACHTUNG! Lasst bloß die Finger davon. Ich warte seit Monaten auf mein Geld, da ich ein Apple Watch Armband zurück gesendet hatte, da es absolut nicht den Bildern entsprochen hatte. Hatte vorab die Retoure angemeldet und per e Mail alles geklärt. So, Ware weg aber kein Geld zurück. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. 75€ muss ich mir jetzt wohl einklagen.

The item never arrived, the company didn't respond to queries beyond the first one which suggested to wait another week and then ignored the follow-up and kept the money.

Better to order from someone else, this seller is dishonest from my experience.

I'm open to revising my opinion if the product turns up or the spend is refunded.

So far very disappointed ordered a weekend bag on 19 feb with a lead time 5-10 days It is still on tracking as Ready ,The issue is being looked at but not impressed I may have to consider cancelling but not even sure I would get my money back quickly

Pls do not buy from this company. You will not get your refund and you will not get an exchange. I returned a bag I bought which cost me £153.90. I exchanged several emails with customer service advisor and they promised me that the bag can be exchanged as per policy. I returned the bag back to them through parcel force and the bag was never picked up from the depot. I told them several times that the bag is at the depot ready to be picked up and I got told that the bag will be picked up. 14 days later the bag is still there and I have just tracked again today and the latest information is that bag is being returned to the UK. I told them that I will be away from 5 weeks from my home as I am going travelling. So this means that I will not get a refund nor will the bag be exchanged. I used PayPal to pay for the bag. I reached out to them and they could not help me because the bag was as per description. I advised them that bag was returned and they could not help me. I am so disappointed and angry that I was basically fooled by this company. On top of that it cost me £38 pounds to return the bag. So in total l have spent £191 on this bag. I will do everything I can to report this company to German authorities. I wish I had read the reviews which are mostly bad bad reviews. This company should not be permitted to trade internationally.

I have been waiting for my order for over a month, only to receive a letter from parcelforce requesting to pay 60 pounds in custom charges before they deliver. I contacted Wallton requesting a cancellation and a refund since I am not prepared to pay for custom charges. Their website says free international shipping without any reference to these charges. Haven’t been refunded.. looks like they are fooling people.

0 Sterne wäre verdient. Ware zuruck geschickt am 23.1 und nach 1 Monat und mehrere reklamationen ist mein Geld immer noch nicht zurück erstattet. Online steht kein Telefonnummer.

Schlechter Kundenservice! Habe für mehr als 600 Euro (leider direktzahlung Paypal) Ware bestellt, die nie ankam - trotz mehrfachen Direktkontakts mit Wallton und auch nach erfolglosem Tracking von DHL keinerlei Bereitschaft, den Verlust auch nur anteilig zu erstatten.

Achtung ! Man kriegt sein Geld für die Retoure nicht zurück!!!!
Ich habe zwei Reisetaschen im Wert von 300 Euro retouniert vor 8 Wochen. Zig Kontaktversuche. Erst hat keine Antwort, dann Mails, die einen hinhalten sollen. Bislang ist das Geld nicht eingegangen obwohl die Retoure zugestellt wurde. Ich werde nun einen Anwalt einschalten müssen!

I ordered a wallet the 18th of January and I still did not receive it! I sent 2 emails to them and all they can say is have patience!! How much patience do I need to have???!

J’ai commander un sac pour noël, arriver défectueux. Nous avons trouver un accord pour le renvoyer et avoir un échange. Tout ce passais bien. Cela fait maintenant un mois que j’attend mon nouveau sac. Malgré de nombreuses relance et des réponses approximatives je n’ai aucune réponse et toujours pas mon sac. Ça fais maintenant environ 2 semaine qu’ils ne me répondent plus 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Oh dear, wish I had looked here before I ordered..... ordered a couple weeks ago and the item has arrived in the UK however I am being asked to pay £45 to have it released from customs!

I am refusing to pay and requesting a refund which I am told is not possible as already shipped, so I will wait for it to be returned and then claim refund, doesn't feel promising that I will get it though :-(

I ordered a suit bag as a Christmas present. The product was poor quality so asked for a refund which the company agreed to. However, I sent the bag back tracked ant great cost and it was returned to me for some reason. The company is now not replying to my emails and I can’t find a telephone number anywhere - this business is definitely not legitimate, I would warn anyone about buying anything from them.

Von 4 bestellten Artikeln habe ich nur 2 erhalten. Auch auf mehrfachen Anfragen bzw. Kontaktaufnahmen keine oder nur Standardantwort erhalten. Das Geld haben Sie bisher nicht zurückerstattet. Komisch, dass es auch keine Telefonnummer gibt. Kein seriöser Shop. Bin sehr gespannt, ob noch was passiert.

Toujours aucune nouvelle du sac de voyage que j’ai commandé à ce jour.

Des mails ont été envoyés avec des retours flous et totalement inutiles me disant que ma commande est en route.

Plusieurs semaines après ces mails, toujours aucune nouvelle malgré mes relances par mail.

Service catastrophique je ne recommande pas !

Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und die Tasche hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Hat meiner Freundin sehr gefallen.
