Terrible management. I felt I was not welcome simply by being a male customer. I support equality but I'm not so sure Aurum and Grey do. AVOID

Customer service was truly exceptional. Claudia went totally above and beyond to turn around an alteration of a necklace for me and did so with utter care and thoughtfulness. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you Aurum and Grey for just being incredible in every way!

Absolutely brilliant service ordered a necklace for my daughters 21st , customer service was excellent very helpful and responded quickly . They also managed to get the necklace delivered in time for her birthday. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you

Have waited 6 weeks for a nice gift for my girlfriend which was supposed to come before Valentine’s Day but there has been no emails no nothing from the company saying where my order is or what is happening with it I would either like my order to be dispatched like it should be or would want the money back not a nice thing waiting so long for a gift

Ordered on the 30/12/21, email sent asking where order is on 31/01/22 couldn't even get a response. Now I have to leave a bad review in the hope that someone see's this. I really do expect a bit more when buying a £450 piece of jewellery. Order W11820.

I ordered the bespoke petite name necklace in white gold and it’s just the most gorgeous necklace ever. I’ve wanted a name necklace, with my sons name for so long. One I can wear everyday that doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. It’s so perfect, exactly what I was looking for. So classy and dainty. I get so many compliments!! I also have an initial stud which is just as beautiful. Really amazing customer service too. Will definitely be purchasing more from here soon!

I needed a 30th Birthday Present and after seeing it can take 3-4 weeks to manufacturer I was concerned it may not come in time. After emailing direct and getting a quick response I was told it was possible and would arrive in time. It came a few days after ordering and was even quicker than I thought. I'm sure the recipent will be very happy and the item looks great!

Asked if order could arrive sooner for a specific event. They kindly pushed the order forward and it arrived in plenty of time. Necklace is perfect, I love it.

I recently purchased a name connect necklace in yellow gold with both my children’s initials. I LOVE it. It’s so gorgeous. Aurum and Grey were a pleasure to deal with. Ordering is quick and easy. They offer a service in which you can add extra letters at a later date if you need to which I think is lovely - so if your family grows you can add to your piece. Everything in their shop is just fabulous!
