Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Ordered skip online through Frank Key delivered by enva. Smooth delivery on the date I asked for and then rand Frank Key to say ready to collect. Lady i spoke to was very polite and helpful. Skip collected the next day. Can not fault Frank Key or Enva.

Absolute jokers
Absolute jokers , delivery was organised online nearly 2 weeks before I needed it , came to delivery day and kept getting fobbed off with excuses as to why it wasn't being delivered, just kept getting told it would be with us in a hour about 4 times throughout the day

Apologise for the delay. Our team worked to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, and we were able to arrange an alternative crane vehicle to complete your delivery on the same day.

Went in to daybrook on saturday absolute great experience, young lad with the tattoos jamie what a diamond of a chap took the time and patience, it's a shame he's not there during the week might have to start using bulwell from now on.

Came in to Rochdale with my mother to hyre a carpit cleaner the bald guy was very rude and swearing alot on phone lucky my mother is not great with English not good wood be 1 star if yonger guy outside helps us with advise
