We had a great experience with Hussein! The job was to upgrade our shower, which was a bathtub that was not working well. Hussein basically fixed the water tabs and also installed a shower head. He came up with a smart solution that didnt entail breaking the bathroom tiles as part of the installation (which is something we were told multiple times by other people). In addition to this, he also installed some nice shower panels in the walls as we did not love the ones we had previously.

Not only was he very efficient in the installation, but also very professional and friendly. He insisted on cleaning the place before leaving which was a very nice touch. Additionally, he was very helpful in providing advice in terms of what materials to buy and where from which ended up saving us money and time, frankly have not seen someone so good at communication in the space before.

Hussein phoned to arrange an appointment and said that as he had a free spot he could be with me in the next two hours. He came, installed the tap system and completed within an hour.

Top bloke, we had a shower emergency 🚨. He came out on a Sunday (out of hours) and turned off the water to our shower, his communication was brilliant with us, he came back on Wednesday and replaced the shower. I would recommend the bloke/company as he is really good and friendly. Highly recommended.

Recently had Hussein replace a Saniflo macerator for our En-suite. Hussein was friendly and helpful throughout. He gave a clear quote for the work, offered cheaper alternatives if we wanted, we chose to go for a branded model for the warranty. Hussein was flexible with dates and came efficiently to complete the work.

He was knowledgeable and helpful and offered tips for keeping the unit in good repair.
