I would like to thank to my house manager Costa for he’s prompt response , support and help in getting new washing machine very quickly. Thank you for the great service from the engineers who fixed the washing machine too . The whole experience was amazing. Costa is an amazing person, kind , friendly well understanding!

Worst company in the market. Poor communication, unhelpful service, and zero accountability. Caused unnecessary stress and hassle from start to finish. Would not recommend at all.

We have rented through Martyn Gerrard before, and the team was very helpful. This time, I noticed improvements in the customer experience, particularly the use of WhatsApp messages to make communication smoother and faster. As we are often at work and unable to take phone calls, being able to communicate via WhatsApp made the process much more convenient.

Zak helped us at the beginning by gathering our details and starting the referencing process. Everything was handled via WhatsApp, and he was always quick to respond, professional, and polite. After that, our case was handed over to Alexia, who assisted us with the referencing process. She was also very helpful, quick to respond, and professional throughout the process.

Both ZAK and ALEXIA were amazing. They made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and smooth.
