I am a serial house renovator, fitted multiple kitchens always used laminate, well my mind has been well and truly blown! Decided (pressured by the Mrs) we would go stone tops, from the start of the process Purple Granite were faultless, professional courtesy friendly and so easy to deal no pressure selling, just lots of support to assist us in making the right choice, guys who work there all polite everyone so customer focused, the end result is beyond exceptional. I highly recommend this company outstanding craftsmanship and great value for money, thanks to all the team.

From start to finish, a really positive experience with Purple Granite. Good initial assessment of our needs with Laura Davies at the Kidderminster showroom, followed by careful template measurement and good installation. We were very pleased with the communications throughout. The result is a beautiful worktop which sets off our new kitchen. Thankyou

From the moment of booking the whole experience was first class, the templaters came very polite and did an excellent job then a week later fitter’s came and installed our beautiful granite wok tops . They were also polite and did a very good job

I cannot praise Purple Granite highly enough. The experience right from my initial contact by telephone, visit to the showroom, selection, templating and fitting was pure joy. I was kept informed every step.of the way and the company was only too happy to liaise with the builder I had working on site. I am thrilled with my new quartz worktops and would like to thank all involved for their polite, helpful, tidy and courteous service. I have no hesitation recommending Purple Granite to any prospective customer. A refreshingly wonderful customer experience!

Wonderful quartz worktops installed today , great service from templater Jake and Simon who were able to discuss further design options and offer advice.
Fitting team today , Harry, Tom and teams ( 5 men in total to get a huge island slab in place) were amazing . Respectful, polite and very helpful.
Professional operation.
Great communication too, kept updated on the whole process.
My only suggestion would be at the choice of worktop stage , perhaps a bigger display of worktops in situ or otherwise as it difficult to make a choice on small samples .

We used PG after seeing a neighbours new kitchen and recieving thier positive feedback.
First contact was fantastic, so helpful and accommodating all of our questions.
Great advise given by Richard who visited us at home with several of our chosen samples and provided different quotes based on the materials and options.
Communication has been outstanding throughout the entire process, as has everyone we have dealt with from ordering, templating, fitting and the office staff.
We would not hesitate in recommending PG to others.

They were all so friendly and helpful and we’re really pleased with our quartz worktops.
The final drawings came in a bit late and so didn’t have much time to approve them, but they were turning things around quickly for us, which we appreciated, and it all ended up perfectly.

Very slick, professional experience from start to finish. We used Purple for our kitchen counter tops and all staff from the office based to on site fitters gave a great impression. They kept us up to date throughout the process via their online portal. All in all, a fantastic company to deal with and would highly recommend them for anyone considering kitchen counter tops.

Very efficient, from taking the order, to templating to fitting. Have used Purple several times and will go back next time I am doing a project.

Brilliant from start to finish! So much communication, free samples and they added on an extra bathroom vanity unit top at a weeks notice once I realised we needed something for a really good price. Also we initially couldn't afford an upstand for the kitchen as it meant we would need another slab (due to the size), I was sad about this but realised the limitations of our budget! However, on the fitting day, the lovely men who were fitting offered to give me an upstand for free as they just so happened to have a spare in the van that wasn't being used. Customer service like this is what really sets them apart - we're over the moon with our new worktops!!!

Where do I start with this fantastic company. I was visited by Laura initially and I had a sense that this company was very professional after she ran through the process from start to finish of how the fitting would take place. She kept in touch through the whole of the procedure and helped when I was uncertain about choosing sink and taps. All of her workmen were very polite and professional. Aran the fitter was particularly helpful and made sure I was happy with everything from start to finish. I am absolutely delighted with my new work tops and I would recommend them very highly.

The service we received from Purple Granite is exceptional. We are so pleased with our quartz top for our kitchen. The fitters, both named Aaron, have done an amazing job.

My Quartz worktop was highly polished when fitted. When this shiny surface wore off I saw a deep scratch over 5cm long, and emailed for this to be resolved. I was accused of being responsible for this scratch. Which was shocking.
After several emails requesting a refund or replacement the scratch was filled. During that appointment I asked for a replacement, as I had not bought a faulty product.

I received AI generated emails from Laura, I repeatedly asked for this issue to be raised as a complaint and for a refund or replacement. I contacted my credit card company for support and Purple Granite disputed this.

I would advise that no one pays in advance or signs off the paperwork until the polish has worn off and you see the worktop it’s actual state. Prepare to be very disappointed.
