From our records, the only contact we received advised that the issue had already been rectified during installation and, unfortunately, no images or further details were provided at the time to allow us to review or investigate the concern.
Without the opportunity to assess the issue before it was altered, we are limited in what we can verify or action retrospectively. That said, we always encourage customers to contact us as soon as any concerns arise so we can assist promptly and provide appropriate support.

The follow up customer service provided essential guidance for an experienced self builder and provided a good experience.
Delivery was good and ahead of time, after a glitch in communication.
Happy with quality of build, however reproduction of instructions was not good, where orientation from step to step changing, images apart from text and some illegible.

Lovely Summerhouse
Summer House delivered on desired date which was helpful as I had landscapers in helping me to assemble. Looks great but two pieces of timber missing which landscaper managed to purchase similar at a nearby timber merchant. Doors not closing properly though. So a little wood had to be shaved off to rectify.

No issues with delivery
No issues with delivery, all in good time . The roof of the shire outhouse is not very strong . Had to buy extra wood to strap up the roof as we couldn't put the felt on without it .

We received confirmation of the order from Shire Buildings, and we had a slight problem getting a delivery date.
Once we received a delivery date everything was straightforward, we got a time and the ability to track the delivery and it arrived exactly as advised.
