Yellow Jersey supported me effeciently through my claim following a cycle crash.
My bike was fully repaired and lost race entry fees reimbursed.
My claims handler responded promptly and I have renewed my policy.

My claim was dealt with extremely promptly and met in full. My claims specialist, Kien Dang, was efficient, friendly and helpful. They ask for quite a lot of documentation (I was glad that I always photograph my bike, locked up, when I leave it somewhere), but given this was a high value claim (newish electric bike) nothing unreasonable

Yellow Jersey used CSAL (Claims Settlement Agency Limited) to 'settle' (avoid paying) my lost luggage claim. I took insurance for the 1 week's travel in the USA.
For the 1 week period of insurance my luggage was lost, I subsequently bought the essentials (clothes/ toiletries) & hired a bike + wetsuit, as I was in the USA to participate in a long distance triathlon.
Yellow Jersey wanted nothing to do with my claim enquiries & directed me to CSAL.
CSAL did their worst in customer relations, particularly with long delays in replying to emails (2-7 weeks!) & to do their best to avoid paying out.
I sent my 'lost luggage' claim in, only to receive a partial payment for bike hire (which didn't even cover the USA bike hire fee).
As my luggage arrived 3 weeks after the holiday had ended & I was back in the UK, CSAL treated the claim as 'delayed luggage', despite me having no luggage for the period of insurance.
As a person, who has home, car & travel insurance, I've not made any claims since 2008 (storm damage to home etc.).
I believe CSAL have deliberately used delaying tactics & other methods to avoid a paying my lost luggage claim.
Possible future customers beware ..

My luggage (1 suitcase & 1 bike-box) never arrived, was initially delayed, then sent on next day's flight, so far so good.
But luggage never arrived at my hotel, it appeared to be delayed/lost at the US airport.
I bought the basics of what I needed. As I was also participating in a long distance triathlon, I also hired equipment (bike & wetsuit) I finished the event (on ill fitting hired gear) & our group moved onto another city within the USA.
I kept in contact with the (excellent) staff at the 1st hotel, & 3 weeks after returning to the UK , the staff rejected the attempted courier delivery of my luggage, that had been presented to my hotel (I had checked out weeks prior) . It then took only a week for the luggage to return from the USA to my UK home.
It is months after the event that contact has finally stopped from CSAL & they consider the matter closed & I remain £1250 out of pocket.

I had my Ebike purchased on Cycle to work scheme insured with Yellow Jersey after doing some research on the available insurance providers in the market!
Most of the insurance providers didn’t cover cycle to work scheme bikes, Yellow jersey was one of the few insurance providers with top ratings who did this.
I got my bike insured , however it was stolen recently outside a shopping superstore in broad daylight, during peak times in front of many shoppers, when someone fully covering his face cut off an 15/15 standard lock with a machine cutter.
I was very stressed after this happened as I have lost nearly £3k in few minutes. However Yellow jersey processed my insurance claim, took few days, and approved my claim. I was definitely super happy for the support Yellow jersey has given me during this stressful times.
I feel my claim was handled well. I will definitely recommend Yellow jersey to other people buying bikes on a Cycle to Work scheme without any big research as their prices are fair, service is excellent and their support is more than 5 stars!
I have purchased a new bike and I’m going to purchase a insurance again with yellow jersey!
