House of Worktops Reviews

Absolutely brilliant from order to delivery excellent communication. Couldn't fault the company or the product. Thank you

All I have done so far is order samples. The best bit is one I chose to fill the 3 for £5, the one I least wanted is the one I wish to order soon.
Also I have had quotes from others and advice and this company seems to be the best.

Ordered samples (solid top worktop), these arrived within a couple of days. Excellent quality. Designing new kitchen and going to submit plans for two worktops and possibly two sides and a top to cover centre unit.

Fantastic service from start to delivery, The quality of the solid wood bench is perfect and cut to size at a very reasonable price, Quick fully tracked live shipping is a great help

Very rapid and detailed response. Answered all of my queries.

Just ordered some samples but the attention to detail and safe packaging have left me in no doubt about the care this company take with their customers.

Fantastic service, and beautiful worktops

Lovely service at House of worktops.
I consulted with Ramya before looking to buy and had all my questions answered quickly and with good detail. Now looking for order as soon as the item i want is in stock.

We are just on the beginning of our journey with the House of Worktops, however have just raised a query and a very helpful person called Ramya went out of their way to explain the what can and cannot be done with the different worktop materials including maximum lengths and what support might be needed when considering overhangs such as breakfast bars. Given us confidence in purchasing their worktops.

Saw the page on-line ,viewed the work tops and was able to order 3 samples for £5.
They arrived a few days later , well packaged and good sized samples to compare .
First class service .

This company are amazing. The products they supply are unreal. They are briliant

The communication is excellent and the attention to detail is brilliant.
My worktops are superb.

Great solid Oak worktop well packaged and good delivery with tracking

Terrible company. I sent accurate measurements for the worktop I required, they sent me a a confirmation that i questioned and thought was wrong. Next thing I know I received one worktop too short, another with a sink cut in the wrong place and a breakfast bar worktop with a chip and scratches. A total waste of £2k

Great Service, quick and efficient. Drivers very helpful.

This is my second worktop. The first worktop was not as smooth as it should have been so I ended up resending it and oiling it.
Not sure if it would have been remanded if I has paid for oiling the worktop. That was my only concern.Apart from this minor issue the worktop is brilliant. It will look good when I cut it into two pieces and cut the sink cutout

Fantastic worktop, great quality, exactly what I wanted, great customer service, kept me informed on delivery time. Highly recommended this company. Thank you

Helpful and responsive, delivery very good, product as expected

Fast service
