This is my second worktop. The first worktop was not as smooth as it should have been so I ended up resending it and oiling it.
Not sure if it would have been remanded if I has paid for oiling the worktop.That was my only concern.Apart from this minor issue the worktop is brilliant. It will look good when I cut it into two pieces and cut the sink cutout

Helpful and efficient, the ording process was quick and easy and delivery was quick. I received various follow up emails to double check I had everything I needed with my order before it was shipped and useful information of what to do with my worktops once received. They have various guides to help you as well. Highly recommended.

The compact laminate worktops look lovely in our kitchen. Delivery time was as website stated, however we expected 2 man delivery but there was only 1 man. Though helpful it needed both myself and partner to help him carry the 3x worktops into house. As both of us over 60 years old it was a heavy and awkward task. The other issue was that one of the upstand had not been cut correctly and one was 4mm narrower at one end causing installation issues. However, the worktop now fitted looks great.

We are very happy with the product, it well made and of the quality we expected. It was delivered earlier than I expected which was much appreciated. I had a query about my order which was quickly sorted out.

Lovely product, easy website, friendly delivery, however I did not appreciate being woken at 5.30 by automated ,message.

Ordered online on the Tuesday and got a prompt response offering to have my oak worktop oiled.

They managed to get it cut, oiled and delivered on Friday despite my delayed response to their offer.

Very efficient and the worktop looks fab!

Ordered some samples from them and it hassle free, with very quick delivery. Would recommend.

Ordered a compact laminate worktop, which arrived wrapped only in clingfilm with no other packaging or corner protection and it therefore damaged and unusable.

Delivered on the stated day. I was immediately concerned when I saw the delivery van opened and saw my worktop just leaned up inside van, wrapped in only clingfilm!

As the worktop was being carried into my house it was obvious immediately there was damage.

I pointed it out to the delivery driver, who, whilst very polite, was not interested and told me I had to contact the company and it would be collected if damaged.

After they left I inspected the worktop and found each corner chipped, one corner delaminating and deep gouges and layers missing along all edges. It was present all round the worktop on both sides and all edges so trimming damaged material would not have been possible as the finished size would then have been too small.

There followed a frustrating process of trying to have the item collected, it was finally collected over a week later, and a week later from that I am still waiting for the refund.
