"From the first call to the last, 8 weeks max—I can’t believe how fast the turnaround was. My landlord accepted fault and paid compensation, but that wasn’t even my goal—it was just to _fix the problem_. I’ve dealt with this issue for *7 years*, and in under 8 weeks: a visit from their surveyor, a completion date... it’s just wow. Can’t thank the team enough. It shouldn’t have come to this, but it does. I’d highly recommend them—I’m very thankful."

They kept on & on to make me take out insurance I never needed. From start they had proof they needed that council were liable but still they wanted me to take insurance had so many sign me but still they kept on.
Now case won I've lost 40% of money was due so now can't afford to do like carpets, curtains, furniture sadly.
They made an agreement without telling me even though spoke to them 3 times ( they wouldn't call so I had to ) yet none of 'file handlers' told me they had done it.
PLEASE AVOID THESE AS JUST WANT YOUR MONEY NOT GIVING A DAM ABOUT WHAT YOUR DEALING WITH!

People focused on always helping their cause, giving very important attention to their clients' process.

Extremely helpful getting a claim against my housing association to pay compensation for the length of time that they have taken to make repairs to my house after reporting repairs for over 4 years.
Repairs are getting done when deadlines are given but still ongoing, I’ll be glad when repairs are completed.

Speedily helped with my case in relating to a traffic collision. Couldn't of been more helpful for a working man such as myself with a limited understanding of legal matters.
