Excellent Service Today,and on all the occasions
I used the chat,and was placed with ab advisor Sam,he answered my questions promptly informativly and thoroughly and l am very pleased.
Previously Simply health as given the same level of excellent service.
They have always paid my claims promptly and lm happy to continue using them,l may even upgrade .....

Great Service - and speedy too!
I just submitted a claim for my son's hygienist appointment which was really quick and easy to do; it literally took a minute as all the information was automatically populated from the receipt. I then received a notification less than an hour later to say it had been paid. Fantastic service all round!

I've needed to make a few claims recently, and each time it has been such an easy process. Starting a claim is really simple, and each claim has been dealt with incredibly quickly. From the day of submitting a claim to receiving payment into my bank account has only ever taken a few working days. Absolutely brilliant.

Emily was really helpful and processed my claim really quickly. I had sent the wrong invoice in to be paid but was able to send the correct one over to Emily via the live chat and it's sorted. Great experience!.

Where have all the humans gone
Very frustrating experience being unable to speak to a human being. The company promotes itself with having the friendly face of customer service which it was at one time. Sadly it would appear, not any more .

I’m just not satisfied about the time it’s taken on my claim
I’m just not satisfied about the time it’s taken to pay out on my claim. I’ve been worried. Anyway I spoke to a v nice guy just now (can’t remember his name I’m afraid) who tells me the £120 has been paid. I’ve had no communication. The info given in the app is not up to date. This is not what I expect from yourselves. My claim was submitted on June 3rd!

It's disappointing to hear of your dissatisfaction with Simplyhealth.
Once a claim has been approved by us, it can take a little while to show on your online portal. As soon as it is paid, you should receive an email confirming this and the claim status is changed.
Simplyhealth strive to process claims as soon as possible and many are paid within five working days. There could be a number of reasons why a claim make take longer to process, such as us needing further information or higher than average claims volumes.

Do NOT bother trying to phone them…
Do NOT bother trying to phone them unless you wish to listen to inane noise for a long period of time. Simply Health will put up your premiums every year without informing you. Their payments for operation are extremely poor in comparison to other insurance companies. Try and cancel your plan even though they have not informed you of increases and you have a right battle on your hands. They lure you in on a rolling contract. Would strongly suggest you can find better insurance companies then Simply Health who behave more honourably then SH. Edited to add as can not respond to SH below. Have had several email exchanges with SH and to say they were less then helpful is putting it mildly. There is zero chance of me renewing with SH even though have been with them a large number of years.
