Have been trying for several weeks to sort out my commercial water account since moving into a new property. Spoke to Katie today (nearly 2hrs) but all sorted now. Highly recommend

Adam B could not of been more helpful, he was sympathetic he listened to us and put our minds at ease. With the issues we had he quickly resolved them with a satisfactory result. Better communication between other team members of Water Plus would have help us considerably.

Not sure where all these 5 star reviews come from as Water Plus have a terrible reputation and I regret ever signing with them. Totally incapable of doing the simplest of tasks and customer service is none existent.

They don't even know I have had a new…
They don't even know I have had a new meter fitted & therefore all the estimated readings will be wrong. I have had numerous emails with them & we are getting know where. I am 82 years old & they are expecting me to get down on my hands & knees to photograph the meter.

Fines for late payment
Requested Invoice via post only.
Got email 28/8/26 saying download bill, rang up and requested a paper, Invoice as they have done for several years, that came 18/9/26, paid on the day recieved. Also got 2 reminders dated 4/9 and 11/9 on the 18/9/26
they charged £70 charge for late payment. I wrang them up they said they will check if they can remove the £70 charge if not and I do not pay they will pass on to debt collectors and any problem is between me and the post office.
Rant over.
